@Melissa… you are right, Dad is the only one raising the girl and her 4 yo sister who is mentally challenged. Mom is out of the picture. I could really tell that Dad has so much in his mind and he himself look tired and desperate.

Why can’t all teachers be like this? Why can’t they see that maybe Dad really is overwhelmed and has no idea how to take care of a girl, or is too tired himself. Why do they instead think ugly thoughts, or simply do nothing. You are a kind, and loving teacher, if only they all were.
