I was talking to my friend Vienna earlier. She is not just a good friend but an excellent teacher as well. Yes, she teaches.
I met her online and our friendship, though virtual is something special. She is my mentor. She taught me a lot of things and everything about computer, internet, websites and whatnots. She is also my shock-absorber and sounding-board when I am having a bad day. She is my little virtual sister that I never had.
Earlier, we were on our regular chat and updating routine and next thing I knew we were reconstructing “this” website.
So what else is new? We have done this many times before. Vienna is my Fairy Blogmother from Cyberlandia. She helped me set up this blog to have its own domain and convinced me to get my own hosting. She is not just a teacher but a good salesperson too.
So after few minutes of tweeking [at her end] and a few exchange of links and messages on our chatbox… my blog ended up with a major revamp.
My old theme or layout is already outdated. I was kinda tired and bored with it. As a teacher, when your lesson is boring, you have to do something so that your students will be motivated to learn. When something is obsolete, something has to be done to make it more effective and productive.
So, this will be my new theme [for] now but this is not done yet. I still have a few things to modify here that is why this will be my homework for the next few days… or months. What do you think of this new theme?

i agree with you Ruthi, when our lesson plans become boring, we must make changes and reflect on what works and does not work so that what is boring will be changed to what is enlightening :)
glad you have a new lay-out.
@Betchai… of course, we both know that even us teachers also get bored with our own lesson if we have to teach them over and over again.
thanks for visiting.
wow, special mention ako.. :D thanks!
pero ate, anytime… alam mo naman sa kin, NP yan…basta ikaw… malakas ka sa kin e.
@Vienna… Of course… alam mo namang forever grateful ako sa iyo dahil matiyaga ka sa aking magturo. Thanks again. I really appreciate what you did for me.
