Oh, I’m a teacher, too! I teach high school physics. I’ve been in this profession for just a year and I am enjoying it.

i once dreamed of becoming a teacher but before i turned 16, i realized i wasn’t cut out for it. now i have a lot of “WHAT IFs” lol but i don’t have regrets, just wondering what could have happened if I took up B.S. Ed instead of BSBA :)

There are hundreds of orphanages all over the globe that would LOVE to have you. Neither the pay or teaching conditions will be very attractive. But I’m sure that the benefits would change your life. The world is ALWAYS in need of a good teacher. And you are obviously that. :^)

hi Ruthie! I wonder if I’ll ever be in your same situation. I’ve been teaching for almost 3 years now but I’d like to transition away from it. I don’t MISS my students YET. I don’t miss teaching because I’m still doing it. I do MISS writing 100% but only because I’m not doing it daily.

Perhaps I’ll feel this way when I do finally have a writing career because as human beings, we often tend to want what we don’t have.

reading your post. makes me wonder why you stopped teaching. if it’s your passion then go for it.
